On 18 and 19 February 2018, a meeting took place in Budapest that kicked off the completion of the project called Enhancing Western Ukrainian NGO’s capacity for future work among youth, during which representatives of partner organisations discussed the action implementation plan. The objective of the project is to improve the knowledge of local non-governmental organisations with respect to work with the youth, project/human resources management and drug/human trafficking prevention. Ukrainian non-governmental organisations and educational institutions will participate in the programme, and its important part is also strengthening of relations and cooperation between its participants. The project envisages the following: training sessions, studio visits, school visits and a mentoring programme for Western Ukrainian non-governmental organisations and educational institutions.
The project will be implemented in cooperation with four organisations: the Hungarian Bapitist Aid, Adra Slovensko, the Life Aid and the Polish Medical Mission, and financed by the Visegrad Fund (www.visegradfund.org).
