Thanks to the mobile dispensary purchased in 2017, we help the inhabitants of the northern province of Jordan with help. A pediatrician and gynecologist as well as nurses and social workers, after arriving in villages or informal camps, organize a health center. Mobile ultrasound and fetal monitor enable testing of pregnant women who are unable to reach the health center for examinations. The registration of the infirmary is often located in a shady place in front of an arranged office, and the portable pharmacy is located in the trunk of the car. Several hundred people use the services of the mobile dispensary every month, for whom it is often the only opportunity to contact a doctor.
The project 'Support for basic medical care, maternal, newborn and child healthcare and improvement of hygienic standards for local community, IDP and Syrian refugees in the Governorate of Zarqa in Jordan' is co-financed by the Polish development cooperation programme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
