We are pleased to announce that volunteers from the Polish Medical Mission have begun preparations for their next trip to Papua New Guinea. The project is attended by: Katarzyna Błądek-Grzelczak, dentist, participant of the PMM project in Iraqi Kurdistan; Przemysław Lipiński, surgeon, participant in Uganda and Papua and Tomasz Grzelczak, a pharmacist, debuting as a volunteer.
The program envisages many forms of action:
To the hospital in Kundiawy, where the Polish surgeon priest Jan Jaworski is the chief, our volunteer will donate two vacuum wounds to our donors. Surgical treatment and dental treatment will reach places far from the main routes, using the hospitality and care of Polish priests performing their ministry in Papua New Guinea's mountain dioceses.
The project begins on November 3. We will regularly post information about
the course of preparation and then the implementation of the project.
We keep our fingers crossed for our volunteers!
